You are bidding on a clean ML430,just traded on a new car in rural WI. Truck runs very well,quite amazing,very quiet on the hwy,and it does not show any reasons for concern,yet. Tires have very good tread,80%,all four,runs quiet,no noise,no oil or transmission leak,brakes stop the truck well,without a problem,no pulsation. All gadgets work,nav system works fine,comes with 2 discs out of 7 available.Midwest and New England CD's are included and it works fine. It comes with 2 remote keys/entrys,tools,first aid kit,original floormats,cargo cover and it was a non smoker truck,cigarette lighter was never used.No pet fur either. It seems well kept,no rattles,no loose moldings,feels solid. Black leather looks very nice with no wear and no issues. Exterior black paint is nice and shiny,some rock chips on the front bumper,one can expect that with age and 1 rust spot on the front fender,see picture. Nice,healthy truck,can be trusted to be driven anywhere. NO RESERVE,and NO extra fees,what you bid is what you pay . This is a USED VEHICLE. The vehicle is being sold AS-IS. Terms of Sale This vehicle is available for sale locally. We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end this auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. This vehicle remains 'for sale' until full payment is received. We may elect to relist this vehicle within 7 business days after the end of the auction, if we have not received payment in full from the winning bidder. Bidders with zero or net-negative feedback are asked to email or call prior to bidding. Most banks do not finance vehicles older than 1999 or with more than 100K miles. Please arrange any financing prior to bidding. Immediately following the auction, the winning bidder will receive an email containing payment instructions. Please confirm receipt of this email - and include your name and address as you wish it to appear on the title. The title to this vehicle is clear . PAYMENT $ 500 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction's close. Buyer may forgo the deposit and make full payment at any time within 3 business days of the end of the auction. We accept Cashiers Checks or Bank Wire Transfers. We provide state-issued temporary plates for all of our vehicles.All payments must be made, in full, prior to the release of the vehicle.
