For sale here is a great 1927 Oldsmobile Taxi. This is the Deluxe model of the 30E Oldsmobile as it features full bumpers, a trunk and other specifications. This is a great running car which starts instantly and shifts smoothly. I recently drove it across Tucson where it was shown with much acclaim in the Rotary Club's 4th Annual Car Show, and then driven back home again. The 4-wheel brakes, the first year for Oldsmobile, pull reassuringly strong and straight. It is quite a complete car with a beautifully straight and rust free body and frame. I have been collecting the few missing items and have the grill badge and Boyce Motometer with 'Oldsmobile' script which are included in this auction. Small items needed are a shift knob, dash clock and steering wheel quadrants. If you are looking for a fun distinctive car you can drive and enjoy straight away which won't break the bank this is perfect. Also a perfect winter project to improve upon and address its minor needs as a great stress reliever. Those needs are to clean up and reconnect the fuel tank (car currently running on a small tank in the trunk) as well as the Stewart vacuum fuel system (car is running on an electric fuel pump, fit new tires as these are pretty old but the tubes hold air and the car is regularly driven and give the interior a good freshening.
