I bought this bike a year ago for my wife to ride, she doesn’t like the kick start, I am thinning out my herd of bikes, so it’s time to let this one go. I bought the bike from Mike T. in Glendora CA. who owned the bike since 1968. I had to replace the Charging system and did a full tune up on her. We put new Dunlop tires and balanced the wheels. Has the original Alloy rims. She can carry my fat 230lbs. a$$ down the 405 doing 80mph with out any problems, no overheating! The bike has original paint but someone did a wobbly job going over the pinstripe on the fenders 30+ years ago. The only issue I see is that the left side carb will drip if you do not shut the fuel tap off, but this is somewhat normal with the Bing Carbs. And the center stand is off because one tab is broken on the frame. The handlebars where replaced years ago, and the front ID tag is gone. Missing one stock bolt for the front Gen cover, and the Gen cover has a BMW tag screwed on it. Frame and motor match 618642 Call for more info or offers, Thanks, Moe.
