Made in November of 1997 and titled as a 1998 is this work horse of a truck. 1998 Ram 3500, Laramie SLT dually, crew cab, Cummins turbo diesel, AC which works, AM/FM Cassette, dual airbags, 4-wheel drive, power windows & power locks with a remote. Our original company CPS purchased the truck new in 1998 and has serviced and maintained it since. We have always run Amsoil synthetic oil it it as well as the rest of our fleet. It has 371,000 miles on it as I type she runs strong and hard. Most of the mileage is freeway as this truck goes to Kansas City a lot with our tank lining crew. The 4-wheel drive has rarely ever been engaged and works in all ranges. The engine is all original, transmission was replaced and has about 50,000 miles on it. The transfer case was replaced about 20,000 miles ago. It has good brakes, good tires and is road ready. Over the last 12 years some front end parts have been replaced when needed. As you can see the body has lower rust which at this point would be a good time to address. If someone spent 4 to 6 hours detailing it, it would clean up pretty nice. The interior shows signs of use as pictured as this is a work truck. With winter on the way new batteries may be needed. The tail gate should also be replaced. We have decided to sell the truck since our KC crews have been using the quad cabs for the extra room when they are traveling.
