Offered at no reserve is this 1929-30 Model A Ford roadster pickup hot rod or rat rod project. The rolling chassis consists of the original 1929 ford chassis, fenders, and drivetrain, 1930 cowl, and a nice original pickup box and tailgate. The chassis is in great shape and sports 1939-1940 Ford hydraulic brakes all around which were added long ago, very cool. All the brake backing plates and other components are present as well as one 40 ford drum. A 1939-40 Ford brake master cylinder is also included. The engine turns freely and the transmission shifts into it's gears just fine. The original starter is missing, the distributer body is included with new bushings etc. as well as a carburetor, and exhaust. 21 Inch rims all around. The back of the cab came from a 1935 Ford pickup and would make a great start for a roadster body. The seat frame came out of a vintage 1940s bus. The stainless headlights are original ford equipment, just need to be bolted down. Other parts include extra pedals, a better gauge bezel, a windshield frame, a pair of 30-31 doors, a horn, and a Budweiser beer keg which could be used as a fuel tank. The pictures tell the tale, a great start for a unique old school hot rod, just needs time and a little ingenuity to finish it.
