This is a 1980 MGB roadster you can drive all fall; and then do some restoration work over the winter at your own leisure. I purchased this car last year as a daily driver and immediately had the seats professionally re-upholstered while my MGA was being partially restored. It has a down draft Weber carb., 4cyl, 4 speed, and a useable top with clear windows. All instruments as well as all electrical components such as lights and signals are fully working. There is a small area of rust on the top of the driver's front fender which can be seen in the last two photos. This car has 70lbs of oil pressure when it first starts up, and keeps the oil pressure at an honest 50-60lbs under most all driving conditions. The engine does not smoke or make strange noises. There is no work which must be done immediately, except perhaps to clean out and readjust the Weber carb, I noticed it sounded a bit raggedly last time I drove it. This car is being sold "as is-where is" and no returns are possible. All pick-up and transportation charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and if you get new license plates, you can simply drive it home.
