This is not your average scooter. The scooter looks just like it did the day I bought it, it has never been down, the paint is showroom no dings or scratches- it's only got 627 miles on it. It has a Honda 600cc engine which makes it reliable, trouble free and fast. I had one of these previously and really enjoyed it- as you can tell by the mileage I don't get to ride this one much. Some of the pluses are that it gets great gas mileage depending on how you ride it. It has a fully automatic transmission and is extremely maneuverable and a lot of fun on curves or in town. It's really the only bide I own that I enjoy riding in town. Because it's automatic you are not holding a clutch in at a light or having to watch the light so you can quickly find a gear. You just roll up to the light and you are in gear, hands free, ready to go. When the light changes is what makes riding these so fun. Most times people think of scooters as slow. This scooter is very, very fast if you want that- there is no tailgater that can hang with this scooter's acceleration unless it's a Viper or something like that. On the other hand it is absolutely simple to ride and also very intuitive. It has a very comfortable seat for the driver and passenger alike. Another really great thing is that it has a large trunk under the seat. You can stop by the grocery store, parking is usually up front with a scooter, and buy lots of things to carry home- you can see from the pictures how the seat flips up and it is lighted which is nice when you are loading at night. I've been absolutely amazed at how much I've been able to carry. Whether in town or a 70 plus on the highway the Honda Silverwing can hang. I've personally had it up to 90 and there was a lot of room left on the tach. It's great for going economically back and forth to work and makes the trip fun to do. I really enjoy the Silverwing but have too many motorcycles according to my wife (and common sense). A new Honda Silverwing retails for somewhere around $8,500 so you can save thousands with this one which looks new and has only 627 miles on it.
