FIRST OFF. I AM A PRIVATE SELLER. NOT A DEALER JUST A GUY USING EBAY TO SELL IS VEHICLE. For sale is a 2003 Cadillac CTS. This model is a Copper Burnt Orange Color with a 5 speed transmission. The transmission and clutch is in perfect working order..does NOT slip at all. The car has received on time oil changes for as long as I have owned it. It was purchased from an older gentleman so I assuming it was well taken care of when I purchased it 20,000 miles ago. As you can see in the picture the FL fender of the car does have a dent in it. I purchased it with this dent, with intentions of fixing it. I AM INCLUDING A PAINTED FENDER..JUST NEEDS INSTALLED. Also, please note the small PAINT crack on the rear bumper. I had this looked at when I purchased the vehicle and it just needs painted. If you stand about 10yd away from it you can't even notice it. I chose not to have it fixed. Just about 10 miles ago, I had a code come up on the dash that reads P2138. I had this looked at by a mechanic and it said something along the line of...Throttle position sensors D and E voltage correlation. With this code active, the car currently runs in a reduced power mode. This is just a safety mode. It is still drivable but is just reduce in power. Before this code came on...the engine itself ran perfect with plenty of power. I was told that all it needs is a new throttle pedal..they are about $100. I have adjusted the reserve price accordingly. Please know that the car is very drivable the way it sits right now. So you will not need to trailer it home. It will go down the road at 55mph or more if you please. I am selling to the vehicle to get something a little cheaper on the insurance. I have had great luck with this vehicle...no problems besides this current code. The interior is about a 8-10, it does have some small stains but nothing a 70,000 mile vehicle would not have. Car has plenty of power and gets about 28MPG according to the dash. I COULD NOT REMOVE THAT IS IN THE PRE-FILLED DATA. I am missing more I am sure..ask if you have any questions. Vehicle is being sold as is..no warranty. Buyer must arrange to pick up the vehicle. Payment for the vehicle must be cash, money order, cashier check. When picking up the vehicle.. The buyer will make the check payable to the bank or myself and the title will be release to the buyer. The vehicle must be picked up within 5 days after the auction ends. When the previous owners transfered the title...they didn't look at the actually mileage..but rather just wrote what they thought it had down on the title. I will promise you that the vehicle has the indicated mileage that I stated in the auction. If I remember, the title sais not actual mileage on it, but that can be removed if you take it in a verify the mileage. When I purchased the car I took it to a Cadillac dealership and they said that it is almost impossible to tamper with mileage on a car now days. So YES IT HAS 70K miles on it!!! The accident reported is the front fender. The lein on title is from Blackhawk Area Credit Union in Polo, IL. They have the title at that location and will release it as soon as thecar is purchased. I had it almost paid off, so getting the title will not be an issue. Just keep in mind that the bank only releases the titlewith cash, cashier check or money order. When you pick up the car,we will drive to the bank..just down the road and get the title.
