I have a 1972 Triumph Stag. I do not know alot about it, but I will tell you as much as I can. I bought it a week ago from a customer of mine that was moving out of state and could not take it with him. I am not interested in keeping it I was just helping him out because he was leaving the next week and needed it gone. It seems like it would be a great car for someone. He owned it for the last 21 years and I think there was only 1 owner before that. It was last license plated in 2006 for daily driving. It has sat in the garage since then. I have a bill i found in the car of work he had done to it on 10/14/2008. The total was $2010.03 They put a vent hose, fuel tank,hood release cable, hood sticker, air cleaner, fuel filter, battery, and trans fluid. They basically install new fuel system and got the car running. The car has 53,250 miles. It appears to be complete and all original. It has automatic trans and v8 motor. I put some fresh gas in it and topped off all the fluids and charged battery up. The car started right up and runs and drives. I just took it in the drive way, not on the road. The top headliner has some holes and is very weak. There is rust across the front of the top and the passenger side corner of the top. Car does appear to have been repainted at one time. Tires are like brand new. Has newer exhaust. The car does have factory power windows and air condition. Carpet is black and looks like new. Seats are all good except for 2 small tears in driver seat.see video. Brakes work alittle but need some work from sitting. Car does need some work to be road ready I think. All lights work. Does have spare wheel. and a box of extra parts. I have seen these cars go from $2000-$20,000. I think they were only made them for 3 years and only imported around 2000 of them and is a rare one. Car is sold as-is condition , so Please ask me anything I will try to answer the best I can. Payment must be made by cash in person or certified bank check.
