1986 Ford Lincoln Town Car **NO RESERVE** This car has been in the family from the time of purchase, it has changed hands 2 times within the family. The car has 126299 miles on it and they are original miles and the odometer has turned over which you can see that in the picture. Exterior: The paint job on the car is very nice, needs to be washed and waxed, there is 2 spots on the car where the paint is chipped, both spots are around the front headlights and i believe it is from driving conditions on the road The vinyl on the top of the car is in perfect condition, just needs to be washed All the lights work the last time the car was started up which was about 3 days ago The rims and hubcaps are the original to the car The side mirrors need to be replaced, somewhere down the road the mechanism holding them to the metal mirror housing has broken off and the mirrors are swaying in the wind, but the electronic mirror controls still work There is a small crack in the rear bumper, not from an accident, the bumper isn't dented in but there is a crack Interior: The interior of the car is in good shape There are no tears in the seats and no tears in the carpet, but there are in need of a major cleaning The carpet may need to be restained or a deep cleaning can possibly restore it The radio works but doesn't pick up any channels, just static All the knobs and levers in the car are still there and operational Mechanical: The A/C blows but doesn't blow cold air, so it may need to be recharged The engine starts but wants to stall untill it has warmed up, not sure about this problem, i'm not a mechanic There seems to be a seized up brake on the rear of the car, not sure if its 1 or both of the rear brakes, but its seized in the stopping position, the car still moves when you give it gas but wants to stop pretty quickly after you release the gas pedal. The motorized trunk door still works great and all the doors shut as if it were new Somewhere down the road the hood and some of the top of the car has been in a hail storm and there are some dents in just those two areas It does not have a hood prop anymore for when you open the hood there is nothing there to hold it open This vehicle has some wear and tear many due to the age of the vehicle, there are no warranties that come with the car and the title is clear This auction is for local pickup, unless deliver can be arranged by the buyer
