I purchased this BMW with a salvage title from being stolen and stripped. The car needs a few more things to be completed. It does run well though. New Parts: Front brake pads and rotors Fuel, Air, Oil Filter Spark Plugs Valve Cover gasket Thermostat matching 16" BMW rims Replaced all missing trim pieces and interior parts The car currently is missing only the cd player. Things Need Fixed: Sunroof Driver Seat New ignition switch and key? (Currently the car starts with a switch and button, when it was stolen it was hot wired) Cd Player Small amount of rust on driver side side skirt. I believe the rear brakes might need changed. 1 of the Rad Fans, been having a hard time finding one, car DOES NOT overheat, the Auxillary fan still works! I have been thinking of switching to an electric fan, better MPG HP and easier and cheaper. The car starts and runs very well. Gets the MPG it is supposed too. No smoke out of exhaust. There is a small oil leak that drops right on to the exhaust( I believe i got this fixed!), so if you drive it rough it will smoke in the enigine bay a small amount. Dent in front Clip, they sell these new on ebay for around 100 all day. Under normal driving no smoke. No backfiring or missing. Accelerates well all the way to red line. The car definately needs a little love to be great. It would make an awesome school car.
