Cross country move forces the sale of my 1973 MGB project. This was one of two car I brought up from Texas about six years ago with the intention of restoring them both. Due to the West Texas climate, these cars have VERY little rust! A couple of small holes where water pooled in the trunk and on the floor boards. I finished the 79, and got this one disassembled , and started in on refinishing the suspension and engine. To date I've media blasted the main front cross member and transmission cross member and powder coated both, along with other components. I have NEW springs, rebuilt original shocks, bushing and rotors ready to be assembled. On the engine, its been hot tanked and machined 20 over, the head has been rebuilt ( its the desired"L" head ) and I have NEW pistons, rings, oil pump,its ready to be rebuilt. Also have a clutch kit, rebuilt master cylinder, and new slave cylinder. I have both a set of wire wheel AND steel wheel axles from another parts car with 77 thousand on the clock. MANY MANY parts, most cataloged and clean! Nice set of autumn brown seats, TWELVE wire wheels, one set with a nice usable matched set of tires. You get the picture.
