For auction is a 1998 Lexus GS400 in excellent condition with 172,751 miles. I’m selling the car due to the fact that is currently a third vehicle, and it must go in order to purchase another “toy.” I’m the third owner; the vehicle was originally an AZ car, second owner was in FL, and then in LA @ 140,000 miles. NO ACCIDENTS OR COLLISIONS OF ANY SORT. My intentions were to keep the car forever to refurbish to original form as it was always a favorite of mine. Other than normal nicks, scuffs, and dimples here and there, you can see in the pictures that the car is in excellent condition for its age. V-8 still has punch! It has been fully maintained in all areas and EVERYTHING is in working order as it was my daily driver (Radio/CD display only doesn't illuminate at night, but all other radio buttons are working). Has HID lamps, moonroof, leather interior, spoiler, and upgraded 18” Lexus IS wheels along with many other options. The following maintenance has been performed as follows: - Ball joints, caster arms (lower ball joint #2), upper control arms, inner & outer tie rods, rotors, and front/rear brakes - Steering rack bushings and sway bar bushings - Timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and all related components (@ 140,000 miles) - Motor mounts - New AC evaporator and expansion valve - New oil control valves (both) - Full tune up with new spark plugs, pulleys/belts, and induction system cleaning - New shift handle along with new center console leather - Front tires – 80% & Rear tires – 50% Again, the vehicle was purchased to keep and hate to give it up after all the time put into it. Runs and drives great, like new. Tranny is rock solid and smooth. Most ppl locally cannot believe the good condition it is in for its age. I have all receipts/records for repairs/maintenance to confirm all work performed. Considering the all maintenance performed on the vehicle, it should not require significant maintenance until 250,000 miles. Buyer is responsible 100% for transporting/pickup of vehicle. Immediate deposit of $500.00 is required upon 48 hours of auction end and transaction of vehicle purchase is to be completed in full with payment within 10 days of auction end.
