Up for auction is a 1998 Ford Contour Sport with very low mileage. Was a great car up to recently. The shifter and shifter box need to be replaced, so at the moment, the shifter can only move in 3rd and 4th. You can not drive this car away. Needs to be shipped or fixed before driving. The other bads are there are two dings on the car (right by front driver tire and right by the rear passenger tire). The driver window is missing a screw, so it's tricky when you put the window up. The ABS brake light is on. The passenger side mirror was kicked off. There is also a cigarette burn on the passenger seat. Above the Ford logo on the rear, there is a cracked part. Tried to be as detailed about the car as I could, so there are no surprises. Other wise this is a wonderful car. This easy repair will make it a great first car or college car. Tires and brakes were just done this year, so plenty of tread left. Car is currently located in Banner Elk, NC. Included is the original floor mats, owner's manual, and Hayes repair manual.
