This car is originally from Oklahoma. I am the third owner. I have owned it for a little over 5 years. It has been a great car, a blast to drive and quite reliable for as old as it is.Over the last few years I have put a few thousand dollars into the running gear of the car. It has a completely new dual exhaust system, new brakes all around including wheel cylinders, alternator, rebuilt starter, voltage regulator, rebuilt carb, shocks, all new rubber hoses from radiator to fuel line. The radiator and gas tank have been removed and professionally cleaned and restored. The motor and trans are original. The odometer say.s 42K but has not worked as long as I have had car, so mileage unknown. The car drives, shifts and stops like a low mile car. All the lights and horn work properly. It is a AC car and system complete but has not worked, ned charge. Compressor does function as it should. Tires are 235/75/15 Firestone fr721 radial whites with tons of tread including a matching spare. Complete jack include. 57 cad hubcaps. Interior is original and in great shape for its age.. Cr is original fawn color with matching interior. Dash has two cracks but will include new replacement dash cover. All windows work. No cracks or chips in windshield or rear wrap around window. Front seat flat glass on both sides are cracked. The speedo needle and shift needle have fallen down in dash and have never bothered to fix. Car is straight with no rust, quarters and floors are solid. Orig. undercoating still on car. All doors open and close tightly. Floats beautifully at freeway speeds!!Recently drove from Salt Lake to Vegas with no probs at all. Runs great on unleaded fuel(valve job done before I acquired car) Paint is great looking with late model cad pearl top!Car needs misc. minor things here and there but nothing preventing someone from jumping in and going on a road trip. No notable leaks and no smoke. Car does not overheat at all. Fuel and temp gauges work properly. Just to clarify to folks, this is not a restored vehicle and the history of this car before I bought it several years ago is vague. I had the car painted and before it was painted it was the original paint job to the best of my and the paint shops knowledge, There was some cancer and a small amount of rust eatin through in the rockers and rear quarters. There was some bondo used. There is a few cancer bubbles in the rear deck lid and a couple very small under pass. side doors. The orig radio was never in the car and a chrome plate has been put in its place. The interior needs a little work like the carpet and the dash has a few cracks(Will include new cover). wiper blades need replacing. front pass. side parking light lense has a hole in it. Chrome bumpers have not been rechromed but polish up nicely. There is a light dent in rear bumper lip. Headliner courtesy lense missing. Front seat rocks a little bit, may need tighten. There is misc. little things throughout that need attention.Has brand new Clarion CD/MP3 with remote in glovebox and small sub in trunk. This car looks great, drives great and is reliable...It is not a perfect car. People ask if they can drive it back to Philly! I dont have an answer...probably but the prudent thing to do it put it on a trailer or transport, its a 50 year old car. It is priced at $8500.00 not $16,000.00...No regrets for the money
