You are bidding on a very original 50k mile 1970 Ford Maverick with power steering and automatic transmission. Still has metallic in the paint but it is wearing off the top of the car. I bought this car from the original owners which bought it new in Miami Florida. They moved to Oklahoma in 1995 and I have a copy of the 1995 title showing 36,393 actual miles. The car shows 50k miles today and they claim it is original miles. I cannot guarantee this but I do know that the engine is strong, power steering and brakes work great. You can drive this car anywhere. Fly in and drive home if you want. The car was also rust protected by Ziebart and the original Ziebert logo is still on the back glass from when the car was bought new. I could not see any rust through on the whole body and the floors/trunk floors are factory perfect.You will see all the yellow Ziebert caps throughout the whole car where it was rust-proofed. Ziebert is still here today at Ziebert.com. This car is unbelievably solid and easily on it's way to being a perfect show car or drive as is. No cracks in any of the glass, the headliner and sun visors are very nice but the seats and dash pad will need re-done. The doors, trunk and and hood all shut nice and locks. windows crank up and down nicely. Dome light, guage lights, wipers, speedometer, brake lights, high/low beams, odometer, fuel guage, signal lights, heater/defrost all work. Note: the fuel guage only registers at half tank mark when the tank is full. The title and registraton is in my name and will be notarized for the next buyer.
