Original 1961 GMC 1/2 ton Pickup. As solid and original as you will see. Turn back the hands of time to 1971 and this is the condition of this truck you would find. All original, down to the shocks. Original red paint is getting thin but still shines. Mileage is 98,000. Body is solid- floors are excellent bed is solid, cab corners and rockers ultra solid.Fenders have some lower rust but easy to replace if your going for a show ride. This truck is an easy restoration. Stock V-6 with 3 speed manual. Front glass is cracked but all the rest is good. Bed so solid it still holds water, bed floor boards in good shape. This is a very dry and tight truck. Interior is very good, seat and floor mat in great shape. All heater controls work well. Doors shut solidly.I have the original air cleaner back on it- I had it off for better pictures of engine. Had been parked in barn for years. I replaced the master/clutch cylinder, new vacuum advance. Could use a carb rebuild and tuneup. Engine sounds good, no weird noises - tapping/knocking.
