For sale: 1965 Lincoln Continental Convertible For your consideration, a glamorous ‘65 Continental Convertible, in recently repainted Fiesta Red (original color) over pearl white leather. ~ 127k miles. One of 3,356 made. All paint and body work recently completed, as well as mechanicals. Over $20k invested, reserve FAR lower, this is your chance to take advantage of my need to sell. I didn’t intend to ever sell this car, and so invested well and spent any thing the car needed. Too many new items to mention: new brake and gas lines, newly boiled gas tank, new rubber around the trunk, new carb, etc. Runs and drives great. Top works perfectly; somewhat older replacement but very serviceable. All windows operate from the driver’s control. AC kicks on but hasn’t been charged since I have owned it (~ 2 years). All lights and gauges function properly. Rare bucket seats and console option, power windows, power locks (working), AM/FM, AC. All lights and gauges perfect, dash perfect. Car is 100% complete other than fan shroud. NADA Guide suggests $18,920 low retail to $31,460 average retail, and this car is easily better than average. Not a show car but a great, fun driver. 3 point belts installed in the rear so my children can ride in the car. Needs the seats recovered. I can assist with shipping at buyer’s expense.
