NO RESERVE! Do to the last buyer backing out, who claims he misplaced his money (who loses 5k in cash?!)this bike is back up for sale. Which brings me to my next point. If you do not intend to pay for this bike Don't Bid! If you have less that 10 feedback call me before bidding or I will delete your bid. I need the money so it's gotta go no matter what it brings! You are looking at a 1988 Honda Gold Wing 1500. It is in excellent shape and as you know these are getting hard to find with low miles. It does have cruise and reverse and everything works very well. If you would like me to post a close up of anything let me know. Nothing to hide on this bike! This bike is just getting broke in at 19k miles. One of the previous owners had this bike in indoor storage for some time. The guy I bought it off of rebuilt the brake master cylinder and put in a new battery. After I bought it I had my buddy who was a motorcycle mechanic for several years change the oil and put in new plugs. Then I took it to a Dealership and had two brand new Dunlop Elite 3 tires put on to the tune of $540. Which was cheaper than our local dealership who wanted over $600 for the same tires. Then I had the vacuum pet cock replaced and a new fuel filter put on for another $300. All this was done in the past 2 months! This bike is ready to ride and I know you won't find a nicer one around. Also, I was told 1988 was the only year they put this color of blue out. The bike has a few scratches to be expected but is over all in excellent condition. It is also missing the front Gold Wing emblem on the front fender and has a small crack in the little grey fork cover above the front fender and the speakers work great but are getting worn. These are the only minor issues with the bike. You will not be dissapointed and I would not be affraid to hop on and ride it home.
