1977 26' Chrysler sailboat with trailer - ready to sail -swing keel for easy trailering. This boat was moored, and sailed, on Lake Huron. Within the last three years we removed all the original carpet and replaced it with varnished plywood to eliminate mildew. We lay rubber backed throw rugs for traction. The interior has been freshly painted. We purchased a new electric start 9.9 HP Yamaha outboard motor and installed cockpit controls. All the internal wiring has been replaced along with the purchase of a new marine battery. The boat is in good condition, is water tight, and does not leak. The tires on the trailer are new with less than 1500 miles. Fiberglass deck and hull are in in good condition with no known soft spots. The hull bottom was painted with marine bottom paint, and above the water with marine paint. Instrumentation includes a compass, water speed indicator, and ship to shore radio. The radio antenna needs to be replaced. The characteristics of the boat are as follows: Sleeps 6 with kitchen manual pump sink, alcohol stove, folding table, head, forward and aft sleeping quarters.
