Vehicle Detail

This 85 GT is unlike any other fox body I have ever seen. The car has never been driven in the rain. This car has only 15k miles since new! The paint is super nice factory orignal paint. I have the original invoice for the car. It was sold new at Marshall Motor Co in Mayfield Hts, Ohio If you see the car just setting somewhere it looks like a showroom new 85. Open the hood or start it up and it is a totally different car. I have the dyno sheet showing it producing 464 rear wheel horsepower when running on race fuel. On the street It uses 93 octane pump gas. The car has an ATI Procharger putting out 14 lbs of boost. This supercharger is totally custom and cost around $4500 itself. The kit used was for a fuel injected 87-93 Mustang and modified for this car. If you notice, there are no foglights due to the supercharger tubes running through those areas around the intercooler. There was over $15,000 spent on modifications. You can drive this car on the interstate roads doing 65 MPH and it turns about 2400 RPMs. I have done several trips each being over a hundred miles each way. The car has a Holley 800 carb, Edelbrock intake and high flow water pump. GT40 iron heads that have $2800 of custom work done to them, Lunati blower cam .505 lift 300 duration, Felpro ring lock head gaskets, BBK long tube headers, Ford Motorsport dual exhaust which is basically 87 LX exhaust, which keeps the car from being very loud, MSD boost timing master, smog pump delete, off road H pipe on car plus catted H pipe included, Tremec 3550 transmission, Motorsport Aluminum driveshaft, Motorsport 8.8" rear with Auburn limited slip, 4.10 gears, 31 spline axles, subframe connectors, Motorsport traction bars by Lakewood (not currently on car due to running sway bar), weight jacker lower control arms, Lakewood rear shocks, four point roll bar, three core radiator, new heater core, etc. The car runs cool. Only the original rear bumper has been refinished due to drifting back into the garage. The interior still smells new and looks new. There is an air/fuel ratio monitor installed in the left air vent. NO other extra gauges. There is a switch under the dash to control the two stage rev limiter. I have lots of receipts and the original owners manuals. Just think how much it would cost to build a duplicate of this car! This car is a blast to drive. The car is licenced with antique tags. See video http://s814.photobucket.com/albums/zz61/bkoons85gt/Carlisle%202010/?action=view¤t=Sleeper85GT.mp4 Please only qualified buyers. I want to sell this car due to health issues, so please, no scams. If you are interested in the car please set up an appointment to view the car. I have described this car to the best of my knowledge, but there may be something else you would want to know, so please ask. I have priced it very reasonable and in line with current economic conditions. Check your local laws concerning modified vehicles such as this one. This car is sold AS IS with no warrenty expressed or implied. I have a clear title in my name. I would like to be paid in person at a bank with funds cleared by the bank.
