1988 Toyota MR2 EV starter project Mileage is less than 190K but needed a number to fill in. Also there is no motor but eBay won't leave it blank. This is not a running vehicle. 1988 Toyota MR2 which was converted to 100% electric operation. I have since stripped most of the electric components but am leaving (20) US Battery 2200 XC 6 volt wet deep cycle batteries in custom built racks (less than three years old and very light use). Also the QuickCharg 120 volt charger and the electric vacuum pump for vacuum assist braking. The body is in great shape except for an oxidized paint job. Interior is sun faded but complete and the rugs and seats have no rips. It has locking glass t-top panels and a nice set of spoked rims. It has a freshly rebuilt transmission which comes with an adapter plate for an Advanced DC 8 inch motor (or any of the similar type) and a coupler which allows clutchless operation. It also comes with its very own tow bar. And if the high bidder uses the Buy It Now bid he will be able to buy the ADVANCED DC #L91-4003 Series Motor that was removed from the car for an additional $750 (curgently lists for $1000). This car is sold as is and where is and there is no warranty either expressed or implied . $250 PayPal payment within 3 days and the balance in either cash in person or cashiers check drawn on a major bank.
