So here is a chance to own a magnificent 450sel 6.9 . This car is very rare and the last year of production in 1979. This car is beautiful medium blue metallic with dark navy blue leather. The paint is 100 % original and shines like new,Only a few minor stone chips that were touched up but nothing to major to mention. The interior is also immaculate showing no wear and fading. The front seats has wool sheepkins on them when i got it and i just removed them the seats are like new.The dash board is immaculate and original with not even a hairline crack which is rare most of the blue dashes all cracked. The wood is in excellent condition. Carpets , headliner, chrome all in like new condition. The only thing that is not original is the pioneer radio but it's from the early 80's and has character with the car. This 6.9 has was owned by a collector in chicago, he always serviced the car regularly and never neglected the car. It never seen snow or rain and the under carriage is as perfect as the outside. Everything works on the car, power antenna, cruise , sunroof, self leveling suspension, radio, all power windows, and it has a new climate control servo and it all works perfect. Ac is ice cold and heat is hot and works perfect. This car just had 3 k in service done to it. New michelin tires, new brakes, new climate control servo, front suspension work, valve cover gaskets, I have the reciepts for all the work done. This car was the fastest production car ever made in 1979. It has a 0-60 time of 6.5 seconds, It has 285 hp with 405 lb torque. Its a monster in everyway but yet so smooth and sturdy. These cars are truly collector cars and with this one having only 76 k miles and being all original makes it even more desirable. As you will see in the pictures the car is gorgeuos in everyway. It even has new chrome wheels which make it look even more stunning. I have alot of extra parts for the car , about 6 oil filters, cabin fliters, hydraulic fluid, carpeted dash cover in blue. 2 wool sheepkins for front seats that are like new. also some motor mounts and trans mounts for the car. I have all the books and 5 keys for the car. The engine runs smooth and again is very powerful. No leaks or noises. The transmission also shifts smooth and perfect. The only thing i can think of that the car needs to be 100% is a new foam hood pad the original 0ne is starting to break away. It's about $80 for a new one. Other than that the car is perfect and needs nothing.
