This is a classic 1971 Super beetle. I have the title and have for years. My dad gave me this car a long time ago and I drove it forever. Then I allowed an exboyfriend to work on it. HUGE MISTAKE. He was only supposed to look at the carborator. Well, he decided to take my radio out and my glove compartment and then my back seats. I took my car back and said don't ever touch it again. I have never smoked and the car hasn't been smoked in to my knowledge. It appears to have been painted a couple of times. I'm not sure of the original color I found yellow under the orange before I painted it Teal green. Well, my brother painted it. It's been parked and I can't get the trunk open to take pictures of it. The engine was running when I parked it but at this point I have no clue IF it would run. I know that it's in need of some TLC by someone who could restore it. My dad was too sick to show me how to fix the car and do the body work. He passed away 5 years and I'm finally able to part with it. The pictures show how much TLC it needs. If you bid know that I can't give you much more information that what is listed. I would also say that it's sold as is and would need to be picked up from my property and towed away. It's definitely a great project car and I'd love to see the finished product if you are interested in taking this on. I listed the mileage high just note it could be higher. I didn't look at that when I took the pictures, sorry.
