This is a beautiful 100% rust free California 1973 eldorado with 62,846 original miles. The car is a true survivor and has been in the Golden state since new. The engine starts right up and sounds very healthy . She idles smoothly and runs extremely well. The acceleration is positive and when you put the pedal to the floor the car moves very fast. There is no leaking, smoking, overheating, or strange noises. The transmission shifts crisply and right on time though all the gears. The overall handling is superb and the entire drive train is very solid and tight. The brakes, steering, and suspension are all in tip top shape. The car stops on a dime and does not swerve upon braking. The mechanical, electrical, and climate control systems were all in good working order when tested. The air conditioning blows strong ice cold air. The power windows work great and go up and down in seconds. Cosmetically the car is in fantastic original condition. The paint appears to be the original factory finish and is very lustrous throughout. Since it is not a show car there are minor imperfections (dings, chips, nicks, scratches etc). The overall appearance is outstanding. Some of the rubber filler panels are cracked and or missing. All of the chrome is in gorgeous original condition. The original vinyl roof is near perfect and looks amazing.Nice original door panels. The carpeting is clean and unworn, and she comes with all the original floor mats. The dash is perfect with no cracks anywhere whatsoever.The steering wheel has started to peel, and is missing the Cadillac insignia.62,848 original miles since new.Factory radio works great! However the antenna does not go up.Nice instrumantation, and very clean all around.Gorgeous original headliner and visors.The engine compartment looks great and there are no excessive residues.This is a Classic California Cadillac that always receives compliments.
