Here is a very nice looking and running Jaguar Vanden Plas. CarFax shows it to be a 2 owner which was purchased new in Florida went to Ohio for a short time and as been in Florida since 1999. The second owner has owned it since 1999. The CarFax also shows a damage report in March of 08 and shows, "vehicle functional, Airbags did NOT deploy". Obviously just minor damage because it doesn't take much for air bags to deploy. What ever it was it was repaired professionally, no signs of damage and owner kept it another 3 years. Please look at pictures it really is a nice clean car, you would never guess it was 14 yrs old. The cup holder in the center console is not working correctly and the black paint overall looks good but there are some small imperfections... We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate a time for the vehicle to be available before the end of the auction for these inspections to take place. All funds must clear and the paperwork must be signed and returned before the vehicle is released. Titles on vehicles 10 years or older are marked exempt in the mileage field of the Florida titles due to age. We will expedite title transfer as soon as possible. Fee and Tax Information: A Non-Refundable $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of auction close, NO EXCEPTIONS. The balance is due within 3 days of auction close. No sales tax will be charged for vehicles being shipped over state line. If you require a 30 day tag, we will collect your home state sales tax and provide an affadavit so you won't have to pay again at home when registering the car. For each transaction a $299 dealer admin fee is charged to cover costs associated with vehicle prep, cleaning, and express mail costs.
