Up for bids is a 1989 Thunderbird SC the car is in good shape for its age. It has 3.8L supercharged V6 with 131536 miles on it. The car does not run at this time, it ran a few days ago but I cannot get it started now so it will have to be trailered. We had just replaced the head gaskets before storage The body has some surface rust it is hard to tell if has gone through in some spots under the aero package it may have on the right front fender along with some surface rust underneath. The doors and door jambs are solid. This car has a small dent in the right front fender and in the center of the hood. It has two 10 way power seats, sun roof, nice aluminum wheels but the tires are cracking from sitting it has been in storage since ’05. The sound system amp does not work along with the power antenna; it has a factory CD player also. It has the usual Thunderbird equipment like auto on auto dim headlights and adjustable suspension and just about power everything along with independent rear suspension. The A/C was also discharged to change the head gaskets. The interior is only so-so not real bad but not real good either, the headliner is also missing as it was damaged by a mouse during storage. This car would make an excellent resto project or custom with its beautiful lines. The car is sold as is no warrenty of any kind. A non refundable $50 deposit is due at auctions end and you have 7 days to pick it up unless other arrangements are made. When you come to pick the car up and if it is not to your liking you do not have to take it but I will keep the deposit for e-bays cost to relist.
