I bought this car because I wanted something to do while my wife finished her degree. I wanted to have a 6 cylinder car that sounded like a V8 and it does!! You can't believe how many people I have to open the hood and prove it isn't. This car runs and drives well, it is quick and sounds great. I have too many classic cars compared to garage space, so I am letting this one go. I have over $2,000 just in the engine! Read our reviews and buy with confidence. This car is sold as is, so I am doing my best to make sure to give you a detailed description. If you can, come and see it. ENGINE - The engine and 3 speed tranny are from a 1972 Ford. It is a 200 CU in bored 60 over 3 angle valve job with larger valves machined into head. Valve springs from a 4.0 V6. Adjustable rockers, a race cam, weber 38 2 barrel carb, split chrome header with dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers. Everything new in engine - around 200 miles on engine. BODY - This car is very solid. I had a rust hole the size of my little finger behind the front bumper (fixed) and a small hole in the driver's side floor that we welded a patch in. The body work and paint was done by our local technical school under supervision and assistance of the instructor. It has 2 stage paint, original color MING GREEN (Looks blue-ish) and looks great but is not show quality. INTERIOR - This has the original back seat but the original owner got rid of the front seats and replaced them with bucket seats from a Toyota. We have a head liner but it is not installed. WHEELS - Tires on the car have only 200 miles on it. This car comes with an extra set of centerline Aluminum wheels and tires. ISSUES - The left blinker, gas and temperature gauge are not working. The tach just needs to be hooked up. Could use new carpet. It idles rough because of the cam.
