1977 Honda CB

Up for auction is one of my 400 Super Sports. I bought this bike several years ago to add to my collection and barely touched it since. It probably was ridden the 80 or so miles on the trip meter during my ownership, so I've decided to sell it. The carbs were just rebuilt (the slow jets were plugged up) and as soon as I put gas in it and gave it a kick, it started instantly. It has fresh oil and a good chain. I will buy a battery and install it if it meets the reserve and sells. The only thing it needs is the o ring in the front brake replaced - I have the o ring for it but didn't get it done yet. Just in case I don't I will include the o ring with the bike but wanted to mention it should probably be replaced since the bike has been sitting. I haven't used the front brake because of this. Usually Hondas will have a sticky front brake after several years of non use. The right sidecover is missing a corner and both of them as well as the tank have some scratches, rub marks, etc. There are no gas or oil leaks. Please note the title says it has 23000 miles but it really has 20400. When we got to the notary to transfer it into my name neither one of us could remember the exact mileage so we guessed! The title is clear and in my name ready to be transferred to you. There are several local places to do that if you are picking it up including a Honda shop 2 miles from my house. Payment must be made within 2 weeks of the end of the auction. I will accept postal money orders, certified checks, and cash. All payments must clear my bank before the bike can be picked up, and they usually put a hold on all checks (including certified) for 2 weeks so keep that in mind. I would prefer cash on pickup but will accept the others if you will be shipping it. Please look at the pics before bidding and let me know if you have any questions.
