This 2010 Honda Insight came to us as a theft recovery with a clean California title. The car had not sustained any accidents, some of the bolt on items had been stolen such as, left fender, headlights, fog lamps, grill, bumper cover, radiator, radiator fan and some minor nuts and bolts. The car ran and drove however due to the high cost of parts/repairs and the low cost of the car the insurance company chose to give it a salvage title. If this was a Mercedes Benz with an MSRP of $50,000 + this would haver taken place. However this car sells for the low to mid $20,000's and therefore the cost of repairs would exceed the necessary % in order for the insurance company to give it a clean title. If you check the Auto Check feature on Ebay it says NO ACCIDENTS.
