Up for action is a very hard to find 1978 HONDA CB750F Super Sport in the popular Black with Orange and Gold tank strips. This was the last year for the single over head cam 750 and has the most power with more compression, more cam lift and duration,and larger valves than any other single overhead honda 750 before, this bike has only 8821.9 actual miles and has been stored inside for most of its 32 years, and still has the original tires that came from the factory, and they are in great condition. everything works and has been driven just this summer, the seat cover has been replaced along with new oil filter and air filter, new battery and a new chain as the old one was getting rusty from no use, the carbs have been completely rebuilt and also new valves seals replaced because of it's age with new Viton seals. this bike runs and drives like it did 30 years ago. It is missing one emblem on the left side cover. It was there and must have fallen off on one of my rides this summer, because of it age there is some clear coat coming off the gas tank, and has some small scratches and a small dent but hard to see, but in great shape for 32 years old, these bikes were so popular in this color that honda was pulling there tanks and side covers and repainting them black right at the factory you can see some of the original red paint under the gas cover. I am the second owner of this bike and it has been stored inside for the last 10 years. and the previous owner kepted it in cold storage most of it's life.
