This has a clear North Dakota title. I purchased it from the City and had hopes of restoring it and selling it for profit. Now I do not have the time as 2 tractors on the farm require my full mechanical ability (which is limited). It runs rough like it is not getting a good flow of fuel, so I think a filter change would be first thing to do. The gas in it was horribly old smelling and I added some fresh and a can of sea foam. Now it will run and starts all the time and I drive it around the farm so I can mow the grass. The drivers seat is torn, see the picture, from the equipment the police wore. If nothing else some foam and a seat cover would look better. The tires are serviceable have some tread on them. I imply no warranty and will not accept returns. So bid accordingly and use it for parts or whatever.
