1982 Honda ATC 250R

Hello, up for sale is 1982-83 Honda ATC 250R... I am putting this up for sale because i just simply do not have the time or garage space to mess with it.. so, here's the scoop. I bought it about 3 month's back.. went out trail riding. and she quit runnin on me.. as i was kick starting it, I started to here a noise from the bottom end of the motor, Being cautious, I stopped kicking it over, and trailered it home. When i got it home, i tore down the motor, Top end first, just to find out that the cylinder, piston, head, and gaskets were all recently replaced and in good shape. And no play in the rod. this left me puzzled. After spliting the cases, everything checked out good. I then pulled off the ignition side cover, Revealing, the flywheel simply came loose, causing her to loose spark, and quit running.. Thus also responsible for my bottom end noise when kick starting. If i woulda took my time, and pulled the Flywheel cover off, and tightened it up. I woulda been fine to hit the trails the next morning for a little fun.. The good side.. before making this posting, i looked on ebay, to see what other air cooled 250R's are selling for, and i found out that people are asking rediculous amounts of money just for engine parts, and other things.. and I have a complete rolling chassis up for grabs, with a complete motor, that just needs re-assembled. The Swing-arm has been extended at least 3-4 inches. Rear wheels are ITP's with holeshot tires. All plastics are new.. just a bit dirty, as well as everything else.. thing's do need cleaned. Full DG exhuast, Moose handlebars, Twist throttle.. and maybe a few other odd's and ends. Don't get beat on buying parts for yours, Buy this complete rolling chassis for $450.00 or best bid.
