For sale is my 1997 Emerald Green Jeep Wrangler. I am being forced into selling my Jeep because I moved into a new apartment and do not have the room for it. I purchased the Jeep from the previous owner in January 2006 and worked extensively on this Jeep up until this past year. I have put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into this vehicle and it breaks my heart to have to sell it. I have kept extensive receipts and records of all the add-ons and work that was done to the Jeep. Before I list out the Jeep's history since I've owned it, I will describe to you its current condition. This Jeep is 14 years old with 176,785 miles and was my daily driver for years. The interior of the Jeep is by far in the best condition in regards to the rest of the vehicle. I spent alot of money and time working on the interior. I have replaced the carpet, roll bar padding, put new sound systems in and got the upholstery redone. The body on the Jeep needs attention - there is a dent in the passenger rear quarter panel which can be easily repaired. The over all paint condition is anywhere from good to fair. The paint on the hood is flaking off and will need to be repainted. There are various places on the body that have rust starting to form. Mechanically the vehicle is sound - the Jeep will drive normally. The motor is original and does NOT consume oil. It does however leak oil from the valve cover due to the valve cover gasket leaking. The PCV and CCV system does need work and as such is causing the check engine light to be displayed. Jeep Parts o Set of Spare Keys I have the clean title in hand and the Jeep is ready to be handed over to the winning bidder. The winning bidder needs to place a $500 deposit within 48 hours of the end of auction. I will accept cash, certified check, credit card, or paypal.
