This car was taken out of service at the end of July. We are the second owner, having used the car for the last 12 years. ALSO FOR SALE IS A MATCHING 1987 CADILLAC HEARSE IN ANOTHER EBAY LISTING. The car is immaculate inside, with 3 front-facing leather bench seats. The only interior glitches are a broken glove compartment latch and a missing ash tray cover on the left-rear door. Smoking was not prohibited in this car; but it was typically smoke-free, with no burns or odor. All interior amenities (door locks, power windows, power seat) are in working order. Stock AC & Heat are supplemented by an air-handler in the trunk. AC has always blown cold, but takes an annual booster charge. Outside, the tan cloth top is in good condition. There is absolutely NO rust on this car. The paint is faded in several places, but is not alligatored. There are some hood chips, but no parking lot dings. Tires are fair. The drive train has been extremely reliable with no mechanical problems. The AC compressor is recently replaced. The windshield sustained a crack, low and centered on the glass, during an ice storm 9 years ago. It has not fogged or extended in all that time; and has always passed Pennsylvania inspection. I would keep this car, except: 1) We've used it more for weddings and airport trips than funerals (thus, the low mileage) 2) By the time it becomes an antique, I'll be too old to appreciate it.
