This is a very nice 1976 Jeep CJ5. The pictures show the detail taken as it has been upgraded through the years. I am selling this for a good friend of mine who I have seen put special care and detail into this jeep. He is a true craftsman and took great pride in this build. It is built primarily for offroading and performs very well in all conditions. It is also very relaible and drives nicely down the road (although the tires do make it a little rough at higher speeds). All his buddies (including me) have moved on to other hobbies so that is why the jeep is for sale. Call me for questions or specifics about the jeep. The following are some of the specialties that come with the jeep. 4 wheel disc brakes, power steering with a cooler, on board air compressor, full custom built role cage, fiberglass racing seats, Fast ide switch for winching and Air comp., 456 gears, Front and rear lockers, One peice rear axles, 4" superlift suspension lift, 33" TSL super swamper tires with 95% tread, full and bikini soft tops, spare tire, 258 straight 6 engine with 4.0 liter head (more power), 6 AL Ignitin Box (better spark), 2 barrel motor craft carb (better angles), Mid to Low range cam (great for trails), Low geared 4 speed manual tranny. (Very strong and relaible). As you can see, this jeep is built to last and will make someone a nice ride for many years to come!
