You are looking at a 2005 Cadillac CTS LOADED with every option. 89,606 Miles. Absolutely beautiful car. Interior almost looks like it was never even sat in. VERY CLEAR. Brakes and tires are very new. This is the second CTS I have owned and I absolutely love them. Mechanics special. Rear bumper has chipping paint on the top very center of the bumper cover. Hood has several stone chips that have been touched up. These are minor, but the engine has more important repairs needed. It runs great, and has excellent power as if nothing at all is wrong, although the rockers make a chattering noise. All cylinders have very high, normal compression. The oil pressure is low, about 3psi at the top of the motor. This is most likely not enough to pressure up the hydraulic lifters which makes the “chattering” noise. Absolutely no damage seems to have happened from this but the car probably needs a new oil pump. The oil pump on the V6 cts’s are know for a malfunctioning valve. Oil pump cost about $120.00 although is fairly labor intensive! Timing chains and tensioners were replaced less than 5k miles ago.
