My parents bought this car for me new from the dealer with only 4 miles on it back in 2000. I added clear corner lenses in front and a "Mazda MP3" wing on the back. The body is in fair shape with only a couple of dents and scratches in the paint from the last 10 years of wear and tear. The most noticable scratch is on the front bumper and a dent in the back trunk area. There is some cracking around the edges of the wing, but nothing serious. The windshield has a crack that goes half way across, its been in that spot since the summer of 2004. The plastic that goes around the drivers side seat belt buckle has broke off, but I still have the pieces. The A.C. works fine and so does everything else. It is missing one hub cap and needs two new front tires. The back right wheel lug nut has been broken/stripped since I put rims on the car back in 2002, and it has worked fine with three bolts on the wheel ever since instead of four. I'm throwing in the CD player, it works sometimes, sometimes it doesn't. It could also probably use a steering wheel cover since the current wheel cover has dried up and is peeling off. All that being said, the car's transmission broke on the 28th of June and NEEDS TO BE REPLACED OR REBUILT because it will not drive, cars do not run if the transmission is broken! The car was working fine untill the transmission went out, so once that is fixed the car should work fine, and I don't know of anything else wrong with it besides that. The car is being sold "as is". Serious bidders should do some homework to find out how much it costs to tow/ship the car and have the transmission fixed in your home town before a bidd is placed. THE BUYER IS COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP THE CAR FROM MY APT. The buyer will need to tow it or drag it from the parking lot of my apt. since the transmission is bad.
