Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is one of my projects. Its a 1966 Plymouth Belvedere 2. This is a 2 door coupe, white, originally blue interior, early 70's 360 motor, mild cam, auto trans, 8 3/4 rear, factory AC car (no compressor now, but the rest is there), tinted glass, power brakes, power steering, Daytona Mopar ralleys and headers and new dual exhaust. I have put the following in the car since I have owned it: New Wiring Harness (dash and engine), new volt reg, start solenoid, gas tank, master cylinder, Summit Dual Exhaust, power brake booster and a few other things. I have black rear door pannels, white 1966 plymouth bucket seats (good useable shape), front door pannels and other parts to go with the car. Car has all trim and emblems, runs good and drives (around the neighborhood only, brakes are sticky). Motor is a 360 with an edelbrock intake and 650 carb, it runs strong and sounds good (I just changed the oil too). The car needs: Drivers 3/4 floor pan ($118 from Rockauto.com), windshield ($127 from safelite.com). As far as rust the car has some around the windows but it's minimal, the trunk, all other floors, frame and all supports are SOLID! This car is in good shape. Front end, suspension, ball joints, ect all seem solid. As I mentioned the brakes stick a little from sitting and need bled (I may have both new front wheel cylinders replaced by the sale date, if not I will have the parts). It was painted (poorly) probably in the early 80's and I found a little filler hear and there but nothing major. Like I said you will be suprised how solid this is. I am just picky about little things so I do my best to describe them. I also have the original Chrysler Owners Card (the metal one) from the original purchaser in 1966. Car was bought in Alabama in June of 66. Perfect Hemi Clone! Car must be picked up at my home in Lenoir City, TN 37772, I will not deliver. Car came from Mississippi so all I have is the bill of sale. Sold as is where is. This is an easy project to do. Thanks! On Aug-12-10 at 14:44:01 PDT, seller added the following information:UPDATE: Ihave all the new front wheel cylinders and springs for the brakes. If I get a minute I will have them done prior to sale. Also the car has an Accell points eliminator in it so it has electronic ignition. I do not have to sell this car so the low offers to stop the auction are not appriciated. The reserve is lower than any other on ebay I can assure you of this (I've been watching these for a while). So bis it to win it and if you want to see the car I am home all day tomorrow. Only selling car to finish my Impala SS project, if it does not sell I will continue to put it together and drive it to the Rod Run in Pigeon Forge in the fall and seel it there. Thanks! On Aug-14-10 at 17:11:44 PDT, seller added the following information: Reserve has been lowered. It's less than any other on ebay for sure. Bid to Win it!!! You will not be disappointed!
