Up for sale is our beautiful 1989 Acura Legend L. It has super low miles with 152340. I will try to be very detailed on the listing. It is a good running car. The exterior is in good shape for the year, and overall is a very pretty car. There are various small dings and scratches, with some light surface scratches on the trunk that could be buffed out, they were caused by a box on top of the car. There is larger dent on the front right fender (see pic), it is an inch or two by two or three inches. There is a small amount of rust on the the left rear quarter panel above the bumper, but it is surface rust and is maybe 2-3 inches by an inch or two. The front bumper has a small scuff on the left part, could probably be buffed out. The paint shines beautiful, and it is a great color. The interior is in great shape, there is a tear in the front passenger seat that I tried to picture, it is about 7-8 inches long. The rest of the leather is in good shape with out any tears. The dash is in great shape. It has a JVC CD player with iPod or MP3 input. The a/c feels ice cold, the heat works as it should as well. All of the dash lights work, as well as all of the interior lights for the power window switches etc. All of the power windows, locks, moonroof work great. The power seat isn't working, it worked fine about two months ago, and now it won't move. The passenger seat is manual. The drivers seat is in a comfortable position for me, I am 5'11". My wife who is 5'3" had to put a pillow behind her back to drive comfortably. The car passed inspection fine in February. The ABS light comes on after a few minutes of driving, which it has the entire time I have had it. The engine is really quiet and purrs. It starts right up, and has no funny noises. The battery and alternator were recently replaced, and I had some exhaust work done a few months ago. The rear tires match and have most of their tread left, one of the front tires is almost new, and the other is pretty worn, maybe 20 percent of tread left. The car has a minor oil leak, the oil is maybe 1/2 quart to a quart low after three thousand miles. The check engine light comes on sometimes on the freeway, but is off when you re-start the car. It doesn't affect how the car drives, and has been like that as long as I have had the car. The transmission is finicky and has been the entire time I have had it. It shifts kind of rough, and doesn't like to downshift into third going up hills, so I usually shift it into second for a second, and then into third and it is fine. It has been like this the whole time I have owned it. We took it on a two thousand mile trip last month to southern california, and it did great. It runs smooth on the freeway with no shakes or vibrations and has lots of power. For work I have driven it about 12,000 miles in the last six months, and it has been great. It really is a good car, and I would trust it to drive anywhere in the country. It also has a little click when turning. Good luck bidding and ask any questions that you may have. Also the windshield has a crack about an inch or so above the bottom of the windshield that is pretty long. Thanks.
