Heres my 1978 GMC caballero. The previous owner put the front end from an 84' El Camino on it because he liked it better. The car sports an: Auburn locker 8.5" rear end with 3.73 gears built TH350 trans with a 3000 stall converter full dual exhaust that dumps out the side in front of the rear tires Air shocks in the rear (access next to the fuel cap) bucket seats covered dash and center console shift tach and gauge set B&M slap shifter Centerline wheels hoodpins Edelbrock 600cfm with electric choke Edelbrock dual plane intake long tube headers 4 core radiator Power steering Power brakes crank windows funtional hood scoop (see pics, the hole is there but there was never a filter base to adhere to the hood.) synthetic engine oil smoothed firewall, no heater or A/C newer brakes I have too many projects and too many aren't getting any attention so I've decided to let this one go. Its a good car, it has a few issues and needs a few things here and there like any old car but its ready to go. It runs and drives just fine, recently had the fluids changed. I do not know the exact mileage because the odometer did not work for some time according to the previous owner. 100,000 is simply a guess. This car started life with a manual transmission, somewhere along the line it was changed into an automatic. The clutch pedal is still in the car in case anyone would like to change it back. Please ask any and all questions as soon as you can. It seems theres a lot of people that wait until the last 10 minutes of an auction to ask their questions and I can't be certain I'll be sitting here to answer them at the very end of the auction.
