1979 Honda Gold Wing

Up for bid is a 1979 Honda Goldwing GL1000. The bike has less than 36,000 miles on the clock. It is in great running and driving shape and needs nothing to go riding today but a new rider. It does not leak, or smoke. It starts easily and idles well. It also brakes well. It is very smooth even at high speeds.The Bridgstone Spitfire tires are nearly new. I was also told by the previous owner that the brakes, spark plugs, plug wires, and oil were all recently changed. The highway pegs are also new. It has the full set of locking Honda luggage with the key included. All of the gauges seem to work great. It has a like new CD player with remote control. The worst flaw I could find with the bike is that I don't think the memory wire was hooked up when the CD player was installed so it doesn't recall the last station or time but that is a super easy fix. The paint isn't perfect but overall looks pretty good. The seat has a couple small tears but nothing major. As with any used vehicle this is being sold in as is where is condition with no written or implied warranty. I have a ramp and will assist with loading when you pick up. Bike is to be picked up within two weeks after the auction ends unless you make other arrangements with me before the auction ends. Local delivery could also be arranged for a small fee.
