1973 MERCEDES BENZ 300 SEL 4.5 A southern auto that is mostly original. Much recent mechanicals include a rebuilt front end, with motor and subframe mounts. All adjustments enabled with true alignment. Car drives as it should. Good brakes. New tires. Fuel injection adjusted. Many engine hoses replaced. Long list of small services. All new air bellows. Front end dips after a week. R12 AC serviced with new hoses. Blows Cold!! Good blue dash. Front seats are vinyl. Paint is fair. The usual / obvious, 108/109 age and rust conditions/issues exist. Heater does not work. Rear end is a little noisy; however, does not chatter while braking in reverse. Overall, a good solid car requiring some attention after 37 years and family use.
