Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 2003 Kia Optima. I purchased this car last year with a "R" title. The only problems with the car are aesthetic. I drove it for 10k miles with no problems. I work in DE and live in PA and commute once a week. I bought it at a discount and so can you. I am selling because my employer provided me with a car so I no longer have a need for this one to commute back and forth to work. Other than the scratches on the left side and the dent in the back drivers side door, the paint is brilliant and in very good condition. The interior is PERFECT and still smells new. (Not even one stain and even the floor mats are in excellent condition) The car was never smoked in while in my possession and there is no evidence that it was ever smoked in. It is a very solid riding car with no rattles. This is a perfect car for somebody that wants a reliable, fuel efficient, comfortable, solid car and is not worried about the blemishes. I routinely got 31mpg commuting back and forth to DE. This car drives absolutely straight and VERY solid. It is a great car aside from the blemishes. If you have any questions, please ask. If you want specific pictures, please ask. I will be more than happy to provide any and all information that you require. ** The only thing that does not work on the car is the CD player. The radio and cassette player work perfectly. Please note that this is a manual 5 spd transmission. The following have been replaced within the last 1000 miles and have the receipts if there there are any questions: Timing belt & Water pump (The manufacturer recommends replacement of the timing belt @ 75K miles, but I had it done early as I didn't want any problems as I commute so far to work and while they were doing the timing belt, they suggested replacing the water pump since it is in the same location and you have to remove all the same parts to get to it.All four tiresBrakesClutch The car is available locally for inspection and test drives. If you would like to arrange a peek at it, please contact me via ebay. *** When I purchased the car, I was told that somebody had driven it through a chain link fence. I don't know if this is true or not, but it makes sense with the damage that was done which is mainly scratches. I had my mechanic check the car completely before I purchased it and was told that the only damage was aesthetic and the car was undamaged mechanically, which has held true. ** The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early**
