1970 Dodge Dart Swinger, 225, 3-speed manual, manual steering, manual drum brakes, bare bones, plain dart. Dark burnt orange exterior with black interior. I don't know much of the history of this car. The previous owner had it for 15 yrs. I have had it for almost a yr. The car does run and drive, but it has been sitting for some time. I'm guessing it sat for 5 yrs. It starts everytime and sounds good. No smoke and idols smooth. There is no knocking, but does have some ticking valve train like a typical slant-6. The trans shifts well with a universal floor shifter. It was a column shift and the previous owner changed it. The clutch chatters a bit when its engaged, but I don't know if from sitting or it's worn out. The tires are old Firestone wide oval redlines that have a lot of weather cracking. The paint shines but is old, scratched, dinged, and has some minor dents. Unfortunately, the car has rust along the lower part of the rear window, the sale panels have some bubbling, the bottom of the A pillars have some holes, the passenger side door jam has a hole below the dash and the right side lower quarter panel in front of the wheel well has a good size hole. The car spent most of its life in CA, but it was in the bay area. The grill is in perfect condition. The title is a CA title. The car has potential and looks good. NO RESERVE.
