Offering for sale a beautuful 1959 Chevy Impala 2dr hardtop. This car is currently registered in South Dakota but lived most of its life in Colorado. It is a older restoration of a solid original car. It needs little to make it a top flight cruiser. It is a beautiful red and white two tone . The interior is two tone gray with gray carpeting. The seat upholstery is original and in very good condition.(there is one very small burn mark on the right back seat) The carpeting and headliner have been recently replaced to duplicate the original. The tires are new wide white wall Cokers. The engine is a 348 cid V-8 with automatic (powerglide ) transmission. The transmission has been recently rebuilt. Dual exhaust.New battery.It has the optional tissue dispenser. The air conditioning unit is a dealer installed option. The stainless trim on this car is in very good condition considering the age of the car. The bumpers are all original and have a few dings and scratches as well. This car has dual radio antennas and dual rear view mirrors which are original equipment.The floor boards and trunk floor are in very solid original condition.The trunk mat is original.This car is very presentible as is but I am trying the describe every little detail as good as possible. NOTE The odometer reads 9740 miles but I am sure it is not accurate. The person that did the restoration did not note the mileage prior to the restoration. I am convinced the odometer has turned over but all components have been rebuilt and operate as new. I have decided to relist this car at a very reasonable buy it now price as the storage has been lost and I need the room. The car has been out of S.Dakota for about two years and has been in dry storage . THE BUY IT NOW PRICE HAS BEEN REDUCED AS THIS CAR MUST BE SOLD AS STORAGE HAS BEEN LOST.
