1971 Mercedes-Benz 280 SEL, 2.8 L, 6 cylinders, fuel injection, automatic transmission, four-wheel disk brakes, A/C, power steering, power windows and Becker AM/FM radio. It runs and the engine works very well. Transmission shifts well on forward gears but the reverse is not engaging. The interior is in good condition with the exception of the rear seat. Body is solid but exterior has some rusted areas, as clearly shown on the pictures, as well as damage on the driver’s door and left front fender. Brakes work fine, including emergency brakes, and tires are good. Vehicle is completed except by exterior chrome molding for the left side. AC works but needs to be charged and heater air levers replaced. Power window doesn’t work on the drive’s door and power windows switches need to be replaced. All glass is good.
