I have a 1979 Mercedes Benz 300 sd Turbo Diesel for sale. It runs and drives pretty good. I can start it and drive it anywhere and not have any problems with it. The tachometer and mileage does not work. The drivers side window is the only one that works. I think the motors need replaced. The power sunroof motor works but I dont know if it is hooked up because the roof does not open. There is some rust in the usual places and a rust hole in the truck. Nothing major. The air conditioner and heater does not work. Probably something simple. I acquired this vehicle as payment for doing work for an elderly woman and have no use for it. I merely accepted it to help her out. I have the Texas title but I have not registered it for I do not want this vehicle. It is not dated so there will be no late fees on it. All the lights, turn signals, brake lights, ect are in perfect working order. The horn works also. Thats about all I know. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Thanks and Happy Bidding! Also, I have all the original owners manuals and receipts for work done to the car over the past years. It even has the spare tire in the trunk. Probably will need the tire replaced. The inspection expired May 2010. Also, the wipers work as well.
