Vehicle Description You are bidding on a 1978 or 79 Suzuki PE250. I am not actually sure the year of the bike. When I got it I was told that is was a 1982 but one ebayer corrected me. This bike would be a great starter into vintage motocross. It runs and starts really good. I have painted all the plastic panel, but you can tell that some of them are dinged up from the years of usage and some are still in good shape. It does have a new rear tire that hasn't even been on the trail yet. The front and rear brakes are new but the front brake does need to be adjusted and the head light has never been hooked up since I have owned it. I think that this bike would be great for someone who would like to get into vintage racing or just wants something to ride on trails or around the house. On Jul-14-10 at 08:37:36 PDT, seller added the following information: AHRMA On Jul-21-10 at 19:17:11 PDT, seller added the following information:It's been a while since I started the bike so I just started it up tonight and it idled very high. I adjusted the carb a little and got the idle down. I believe thou that it needs to be rode for a good bit or you may want to clean the carb. I've noticed on other things that I have the ethenol in the gas does no good to the carbs. I just wanted to give a heads up to who ever may be interested in it. Thanks
