Vehicle Detail
>>> 1937 Dodge Brothers Touring Sedan <<< (((((( NO RESERVE ))))) (((((NO RESERVE )))) This is a nice Streetrod that was restored back in year 2000. I purchased the car with most of the work already done on it. The Gentleman I bought it from used a 1970 or 72 Chevelle for the drivetrain. This car has the subframe from that chevelle, the 307 motor which has some chrome on it, the motor runs smooth and this car rides smooth. If I keep the car I plan on adding Vintage AC next Spring and Coker 3" Wide Whites and Spoked Wheels, which means if I do not sell it on EBAY and wait until another time, the price will go up about $3000 more, so BID NOW and save your self alot of money. This car has the automatic tranny from the chevelle, all wired 12volt, original gauages all work except the heat gauge is broke and a new one is needed, also you must know, this car has NEVER overheated, I havent put a new gauge in due to I haven't found an original one yet, but if I find one it will go with the car. The frontend has disc brakes, and drum on rear which is a posi rearend. The chrome is all in place on car, none missing, some could use replateing or left as is. All the stainless trim is all on car, none missing and all in really good shape. The body has has no rust, just a few scratches and a few paint chips but nothing that couldnt be touched up/ repaired. The paint was put on back in year 2000, I was told it was Cranberry with Rasberry Ghost Flames on front. This car turns heads quickly. The interior is in ok Condition, the headliner is there, but sagging and there is a hole or two in it. The seats still look great and the door panels also, the dash is painted nice and door trim to match the outter side, the carpet has typical wear, not bad , 2 holes in it but not to noticable. This car is missing outter door lock, I have seen them listed on ebay between $15-$35. The Original heater works great. Added features also include, CD Player and electric wiper conversion done. Full Dual Exhaust. Power Steering, Columne from Chevelle also. Tires have about 400 miles on them with older Crager SS Wheels which looks nice on car. This car is a nice driver and It is a great money maker. I have rented this car for $100-$200 per hr for weddings, proms about $75 per hr and parade advertising at $80 a cruise. This car is not perfect but way better then the 36-37-38 dodges that are pulling $7,000-$10,000 on ebay, you cannot buy one of these that has all of the hard work that has been done for what I am wanting for it, BID, BID, BID, NO RESERVE. I am only selling this car due to I get bored after a few years, I buy and drive them and then sell them and buy another one. I am only interested in trading if your car is between 1917-1932 , and it MUST be a 4dr because as you read earlier, I like to make money renting my cars for weddings etc, and a 2 dr would be just a little tight lol. I will try to get a picture upload of the motor, my camera has its days where it does not work. Check out my video of this car on YOUTUBE, type in either 1937 dodge and you will see this car pictured and you will also see this car on the road in the video and hear the motor rumble. Do not Bid unless you are serious on buying, Checks , paypal payment, money orders and of course cash will be accepted , checks must clear first. The buyer MUST pickup car, or send someone to pickup car, as long as I am paid in full, I will hold the car for you if you need the time and i will help whom picks the car up load car if needed or you could even drive it back.. The buyer MUST pay me in full within 5 business days after auction closes. There are NO warrenties and this car is sold AS-IS. You can email me any questions at rcdc92306@neo.rr.com and I will get back to you ASAP.
